Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once you receive a return label in your email you have 10 business days to drop off your package at the post office. If you fail to package and send your return in time, your request will be canceled and no money shall be refunded.

Sale items and earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You will need your order number to submit your return. That can be found in your confirmation email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed 7 - 10 business days after your package arrives to us and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged, not returned in the original package or show signs of wear.
Build Your Own Charm Necklace Collection
We will not replace lost charms or charms that have been damaged in your care. Please take care of your charm necklace and be careful when opening charm clasps so that you do not lose them.

If you received a FREE merchandise with your order, you must include the free item/s with your return or the item/s will automatically get charged to the original price.

Items Lost In Mail
We understand this issue can be incredibly frustrating, unfortunately we are not responsible for refund if your package was lost in the mail, delivered somewhere else, or sent to the wrong address. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We can exchange your item with anything in stock for equal or lesser value in our online store within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for shipping for return item and new shipping cost.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sable Soul does not offer repairs.
However, if your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective, please contact us at info@sablesoulcollective.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for review.
Sable Soul Collective is not responsible for maintenance or improper care of the jewelry.
We do not accept returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date and will be returned to the return address at the customer's expense with additional shipping cost.
